Shipping policy
It is not recommended to use UPS ground (5 day) for shipping live plants, or any service that takes longer than 3 days.
If selecting a shipping option that takes longer than 3 days, we cannot replace any plants that arrive dead. We cannot take responsibility for plants left in mailbox etc. Tracking info comes with each order.
It is the BUYER's responsibility to always check your shipping address, to be sure your items are addressed properly. We cannot refund you for the wrong shipping address given by customer. If a mistake is made, contact immediately info@hunterflytraps.com if it is not already shipped.
Please contact us with any requests such as waiting to ship when you will be unable to accept packages or worries about weather etc.
We will fulfill shipment of items within 7 business days of order, unless otherwise noted or directed.
If plants or goods arrive damaged please take photos of package and plants/items immediately and email us at info@hunterflytraps.com
