Refund policy

These plants or products have been in a box. They could be bashed around in the mail, which is stressful for the plant or product. We do our best to package and prepare these plants for their journey. Yellowing is normal due to lack of light. So long as the flytrap rhizomes are white and firm, the plant will recover. Be patient with them, they had a long trip.

We do not give refunds based on customer not reading description of product prior to purchase.

Unless the listing is a specific plant, numbered and listed individually, plants are sold as divisions of mother plant shown. Most plant listings show photos of both mother full size plant and smaller sized plant you will receive. Always read descriptions fully, or ask us via email before purchase when in doubt, at least before we ship and can't cancel/ refund.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Provide pictures and description, as described above within 24 hours of opening the package, so we can refund or replace if anything should happen to the plant or product while in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We cannot refund you for the wrong address given by customer. Always check your shipping address, to be sure your items are addressed properly. If a mistake is made you can email us if in time to stop shipment.

We cannot offer refunds based on leaving your plant in mailbox and it dying etc, nor wait time, i.e. because customer did not read shipping policy. 

Read our shipping policy which states up to 7 business days after purchase to fulfillment. You must contact us before your order item(s) ship, for refund. We do not typically receive or accept returns. We wont ship bad quality plants or products, but PLEASE CONTACT us if what you receive is unexpected or looks incorrect, damaged etc. at:
