New Zealand blended grade long fiber sphagnum moss is an amazing natural and finite resource, sourced and mostly farmed ethically in New Zealand. New Zealand sphagnum moss is renowned for having an excellent water holding capacity (20 times its own weight in water) and has a natural PH of 4.8. It also has antibiotic properties and can last and be reused for several years.

Spagmoss is commonly used

• By commercial and hobby growers in the cultivation of orchid species
• By carnivorous plant growers
• As a decorative enhancement
• In the Florist industry
• For reptile bedding
• For assisting with young plant growth
• As an additive to increase water holding in other substrates

Just add water to this and you will have a nice amount of moss.
